The long version

Latif Rahimi is an Afghan-Canadian founder, operator, and business coach based in Ontario. Since October 12, 2023 he has lived in Canada, where he leads BizTomate Inc. The company builds AI products and no-code systems that help small businesses move faster: Biztomate digitises introductions so relationships do not die in a drawer; The Creator coaches creators with analysis, captions, calendars, and daily direction. Before Canada, Rahimi managed development and humanitarian programmes in Afghanistan through management consulting, research, and programme delivery for international organisations including USAID, GIZ, The World Bank Group, IFC, UNDP, Creative Associates International, Ghazanfar Bank, and DIA — covering education, employment, incubation, and business development. Rahimi founded Biztomate after running 17-hour days inside a prefabricated housing joint venture with a Canadian fabricator, where every function sat on one desk: outreach, operations, meetings, follow-up. He refused the excuse that automation is only for companies with engineering teams. He learned no-code and AI tooling, built the systems he needed, and turned that operating system into a company. His public thesis is blunt: commitment, resilience, and discipline are the triangle for achieving anything, and everything that holds you back is an excuse. He now coaches operators who want the same standard — execution over theatre, relationships over empty networks, and systems that keep compounding when the founder sleeps.

Latif Rahimi is not a theorist of automation. He is someone who ran out of hours, refused to hire a theatre of coordinators to hide the mess, and built leverage instead. That is the origin of Biztomate — Business + Automation — and the reason The Creator exists: content without a system is just another 17-hour day in a different costume.

He is from Afghanistan. He has been in Canada since October 12, 2023. Those two sentences are not decoration. They are the operating context: new market, thin network at arrival, no inherited Canadian rolodex, and a standard that does not wait for permission.

The triangle

Commitment. Resilience. Discipline.

The line he put on the record with CanadianSME — and the only operating system he coaches.

Commitment

You do not wait for a computer-science degree, a perfect stack, or a gentler market. You decide, then you become the person who can finish it.

Resilience

Afghanistan to Ontario is not a branding story. It is proof that operating under constraint is a skill — and that skill compounds in any country.

Discipline

Ideas are cheap. Fifteen minutes of honest evaluation, then execution with the tools in front of you. That is how companies get built.

Timeline

A career built in constraint.

  1. Afghanistan

Programme leadership for the international community

Project manager for development and humanitarian work delivered through third-party management consulting, research, and programme design. Portfolios spanned education, employment, incubation, and business development for organisations including USAID, GIZ, The World Bank Group, IFC, UNDP, Creative Associates International, Ghazanfar Bank, and DIA.

  2. 2022

    Operator across ventures

Led commercial work through Rahimi Group of Companies / RGC International while building the muscle that still defines him: branding, sales, business development, and getting things shipped when resources are thin.

  3. Oct 12, 2023

    Arrival in Canada

Relocated from Afghanistan to Canada and started again — new market, new networks, same standard. The immigrant founder clock started that day.

  4. 2024

    The 17-hour diagnosis

Inside a prefabricated housing joint venture with a Canadian fabricator, every function sat on one desk. The diagnosis was not ‘work harder.’ It was ‘build systems.’ AI and no-code became the leverage.

  5. 2024–2025

    Biztomate is founded

Business + Automation. A company to give SMEs the same always-on execution Rahimi built for himself: chat, CRM, outreach, and the relationship layer that most founders still treat as an afterthought.

  6. 2025–2026

Products, press, and the second engine

BizTomate Inc incorporates in Canada. Biztomate ships as an AI business card scanner. The Creator launches as an AI content coach. CanadianSME and SME Hub put the thesis on the record: speed, cost, and no more excuses.

Organisations on the Afghanistan record

Programme work was delivered through third-party management consulting — research, design, and project management — not as a claim of direct employment by every institution listed. The portfolios included education, employment, incubation, and business development.
